Each of the residences is either a two bedroom, one bath home of approximately 835 square feet, or a three bedroom, one and three quarter bath home of approximately 1,050 square feet. While the square footage is not huge, the U-shaped layout makes it possible for one person to get up early and go bang around in the kitchen while the rest continue sleeping. Most other condos are rectangular so even with a larger area people cannot continue to sleep if one person gets up early and starts breakfast.
Our second floor homes have 14-foot cathedral front room ceilings and new decks with elastameric surfaces and aluminum/smoked glass railings. Our lower homes have larger, open kitchens, and crown moldings. And the back doors in all homes have internal mini blinds within the glass. All homes have large storerooms next to the deck or patio.
